Device description
Spray dryer is the most widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industry.  Most suitable for generating powdery and granular solid products from solution, emulsion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials.  Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual water content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet accurate standards, spray drying is a very ideal process.  Divided into centrifugal type and pressure type, according to the characteristics of different materials to choose different atomization.  Widely used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.  Centrifugal spray: suitable for materials with high viscosity or solid particles, atomizing operation flexibility is wide.  The designed production capacity can be adjusted within ±25%.  Pressure spray tower: suitable for low viscosity and pure liquid materials, the use of high pressure pump (8-20mpa), from the special nozzle.  
working principle
After filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape.  Through the high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, the material liquid is sprayed into a very fine mist, which can be dried into the finished product in a very short time after parallel contact with hot air.  The finished products are continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.
