Basic introduction

Crisps (British :crisps;  Potato chips are snacks made from potatoes and are an important part of the snack market in many countries.  To make chips, potatoes are peeled and thinly sliced, then fried or baked until crisp and seasoned.  

 

First, peel and wash the potatoes as ingredients.  

The cleaned potatoes are transported to a steam or mechanical peeler for peeling.  Then enter the second cleaning machine, will remain stuck on the potato surface of the potato skin clean off.  The cleaned potatoes are transported to the testing table for manual sorting and sorting of peeled potatoes.  

The belt conveyor feeds the peeled potatoes into the slicer.  The potatoes were sliced as thin as needed.  The starch was washed with water.  

After cleaning the potato chips are sent to the blanching machine for blanching, from the cleaning and blanching out of the potato chips carrying a large number of attached bars and water.  Using a strong wind shaker, separate the individual chips and blow dry the attached water.  It is then sent to the deep-fry machine, which reduces the water content of the chips from 80% to 2%, resulting in a crisp product.  The oil content in the finished product of fried crisp is between 30% and 40%.  After frying, the chips are transported to a drain conveyor belt to drain any remaining oil on the surface of the product.  The fried chips are transferred to a drum seasoning machine for seasoning, adding different seasonings according to the product.  The seasoned chips are then transported to the packaging workshop, where the product is packed into the desired size and shape.
