Double head BIB aseptic filling machine: Aseptic bag filling machine sterilizes the bag opening and filling chamber by steam injection method to ensure that the filling chamber is always in aseptic state, and the sterilization, opening, filling and sealing of aseptic bag opening are all completed in aseptic environment. Double head filling switch filling, filling material zero reflux, the equipment has ITS own CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization operation process, can realize the linkage with the front sterilization machine, no separate cleaning and sterilization. Material at room temperature warranty more than two years. Equipped with automatic and manual control system.
